Our Services

Fervent Business Capital is a privately-held independent finance company with years of experience. FBC provides Real Estate Finance, Working Capital, Equipment Leasing and SBA Loans to small and middle-market investment and non-investment grade companies in the U.S. - Canada & Mexico.

We Provide Funding in 2  Distinct Ways:

One, Fervent uses a percentage of its own capital along with a syndication partners to fully fund working capital opportunities. Two, on opportunities where risk may be higher or outside of our underwriting purview, we work through our correspondent relationships with our portfolio of funding partners to provide the required solution on our clients' behalf.

Our Founder


Mr. Ferguson served as vice president of business development for a national equipment leasing company specializing in challenged and distressed credits. This experience encouraged Bryan to expand beyond this narrow credit profile, which was focused only on equipment leasing, and offer finance solutions for all credits with an array of finance products.


This strategy provides Fervent Business Capital the ability to solve a wide range of business challenges faced today when trying to secure the right funding.


Fervent Business Capital of San Antonio, TX, is the result of that desire. Most recently Bryan was on a search for a solution to assist small and medium size businesses with a major problem they face.  This problem revolved around the lack of Business Credit clients had established  under their EIN  forcing them to use personal  credit and their FICO Credit File to present to underwriters. This  dramatically reduces success!  To answer this problem, we invested in and became Managing Partner for J. GALT Finance Suite. This entire business is based around one premise, and that is to help small and medium-sized businesses, like yourself, build a robust business credit profile that stands alone, built entirely around your EIN number specific to your business, separate and distinct and not tied to you personally.
