• Loan amount no greater than 40% of prior yearly revenue

Doc Requirements:

• Tax returns (business and personal) - 2 years
• Interim P&L and B/S
• Debt schedule
• Bank Statements (business) - 6 months
• Proof of insurances (GL and W)
• PFS on all guarantors

• 2 yr time in business
• 660 credit
• $30k monthly volume minimum
• Max 5 OD / NSF days over 12 months for LOC over $100K
• No more than 2 funded MCA in last 12 months
• Need $3000 monthly ending balance
• Not designed to pay off MCA over $50k
• Application and last three months bank statements all that is needed
• for submission
